SHIPPING INFORMATION

Luxe Beauty Wholesaler currently only offers Australia Wide shipping. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.  

Australia-Wide Shipping 

• Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): Flat rate $9.99
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Flat rate $14.99 

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier (Australia Post). Actual delivery times may vary. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving a processed payment. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Luxe Beauty Wholesaler cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delayed deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. 

Luxe Beauty Wholesaler is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit, and we do not accept liability for orders marked as “delivered” by the courier. If you experience any issues after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact the courier’s customer service directly for assistance.
